home details
·
Tank Capacity: 2000 Litres
·
Time required for filling tank:
1 hour
·
Power consumed for 1 hour: 1625
watts
Formulae
Discharge=d
Capacity=C
Time=t
Therefore,
d x t = C
As per the formula, the discharge needed
to fill the tank with capacity of 2000 litres, with a time period of 24 hours
is, d = 2000/24 = 83.3 LPH
Discharge α Power
Therefore, the apparent power required
for discharge of 83.3 LPH is 67.68 watts
For economic usage of our ‘New Concept’
motor, it should be able to able to discharge 83.3 LPH with a power of 1/4th
of the conventional motor pump. That is, 17
watts (approx.) for pumping water to a height of 30 meters. And the cost of
the system must be maintained with a range of Rs. 3000.
This
product will have a burst of sales in INDIAN market, if it is a maintenance
free motor pump.
